Contact AI Greeting Video

What we can help with

• Account and sign-in — trouble signing in, email verification or deleting your account.
• Billing — subscriptions, credit top-ups, invoices, cancellations and refunds.
• Renders — a video or image that failed, came out wrong or used more credits than expected. Failed renders are refunded automatically; if something looks off, tell us.
• Partnerships and press — collaborations, creator programs and media enquiries.

Help us answer faster

Please write from the email address of your AI Greeting Video account and include:

1. What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
2. The chat or render link, or an order number from your receipt, if it's about a specific job or payment.
3. A screenshot, if you have one.

Signed-in users can also open a support ticket from Settings → Tickets.
